By installing a Four Mile Apps app you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide the app as described on its listing and in its documentation. We may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice. Paid plans are billed through Shopify under Shopify's billing terms and can be cancelled at any time by uninstalling the app.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of your store, for what your theme renders, and for checking that lists behave as you expect before relying on them. Keep your theme code in version control.
Our responsibilities
We will keep the service running, keep your data safe as described in our privacy policy, and answer support requests within two working days.
Limits
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of sales, data, or profit arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We can suspend access if the app is used in a way that harms the service or other users, and will tell you why.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
